After the wreck, my husband got a ride to work on Monday. After work, someone gave him a ride to an Uhaul to rent a truck. This time, they actually had a pickup. Going to the grocery store in a 20ft box truck seems a bit overkill.
If Mike was only going to use it for driving back and forth to work, it would be cheaper than a rental, but we’ll need to look for a car. So, later today we will pick up a car we reserved yesterday via Enterprise.
For one week, I get to drive a nearly brand-new car. So there’s the silver lining.
