My husband texted to see if I would go with him to donate blood. I almost said no, but I changed my mind, thinking that I would write while I’m waiting.
Mike filled out the questionnaire and decided to donate plasma. This meant we would be there for an hour at least. I’ll be able to get a lot of writing done.
I’m now typing this on my phone because both the keyboard and tablet have low batteries. I did bring my backup battery, but I’m saving that for my phone. Apparently, the machine was running slow and it was taking much longer than it should.
